The guidelines for your Data Appendix script indicated that every time a command generates a figure, table, or some other computational output that you will use in the Data Appendix, a new file that preserves the output should be created.

Similarly, the guidelines for your analysis scripts indicated that every time a command generates a figure, table, or some other result that you will present in your report, a new file that preserves the output should be created.

The files that preserve computational output that you will use in your Data Appendix or report are called output files.

The Output/ folder contains subfolders in which you store the output files generated by your Data Appendix script and your analysis scripts.

Contents of the Output/ folder

The Output/ folder contains two subfolders:

• DataAppendixOutput/: Contains files with figures, tables and other output presented in the Data Appendix.
• Results/: Contains files with figures, tables, and other output presented in your report.
