The Master Script

The Master Script contains commands that run all of the other scripts in your documentation, in the order required to execute all the steps of data processing and analysis you conducted for your project, and save new files with results you will include in your Report and descriptive statistics you will present in the Data Appendix.

Including a Master Script in your documentation achieves the standard of (almost) one-click reproducibility.
